Havering Co-ordinator, Fay Hough, from the office of Jon Cruddas MP comes to visit at the start of Autism Awareness week.

Yesterday we were visited by Fay Hough, Havering Co-ordinator from the office of Jon Cruddas MP for Dagenham and Rainham.

On what was the first day of Autism Awareness Week, Fay came to speak to our Personal Support Services Lead, Sam Norgate, about the services we provide for children with disabilities and additional needs.

Sam talked to Fay about all of DABD’s services for children and adults including our new Kid’s Patch Clubs starting on 1st April in Dagenham and Havering.

Following her visit, Fay remarked:

‘As a parent of a child with a disability I was uplifted to witness the hard work and dedication that is constantly given by DABD to improve the lives of those with needs. I am proud to have such a fantastic charity based in our community and will continue to support them through their journey.’

Thanks for your fantastic comments Fay – it was a pleasure to welcome you to DABD and we look forward to seeing you again soon!
