We’re looking for Employment Advisors to provide employment support and secure sustainable employment for DABD’s employment clients in one-to-one and group settings.

The perfect candidate for this roll will have:

  • Experience of providing employment support
  • Insight into unemployment and barriers to work
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
  • Highly PC literate
  • Excellent organisation and administration skills
  • Ability to effectively work as a team member
  • Ability to motivate self and others
  • Able to work towards and achieve targets
  • Ability to deliver group training sessions
  • Ability to sustain a varied and challenging workload

Desirable Skills:

  • IAG Qualification
  • Teaching and/or Assessing Qualification
