CAREWORKERS REQUIRED

DABD (uk) are recruiting for careworkers to provide all aspects of care support to people living at home in the local community.

- Experience desirable, but full and on-going training is provided

- Applicants must be available for work between 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm Saturday and Sunday.

- Good rates of pay

- Work is within Barking & Dagenham and borders of neighbouring Boroughs (car users preferred)

SESSIONAL WORKERS REQUIRED FOR BUDDY CLUB

We are looking for sessional staff to work on Saturdays within our Buddy Club. The work is from 8:30am – 3:30pm, as and when required. 

Staff will be supporting young people aged 5 - 19 years to have fun within a safe environment as well as going out in small groups in the community including swimming, bowling and park visits.  

Duties will be one-to-one support of a young person and may include personal care, feeding, manual handling, aiding social interaction, inclusive and sensory play.  It will also include the setting up and clearing away of sessions, completing sessional reports, involvement in team meetings and being an active team member.
