DABD (uk) have offered support to people looking for work for over ten years. 

The current programmes that we offer are listed below.

NEET Outreach

If you are aged 16 - 24, we may be able to support you into an apprenticeship, employment, education or traineeship. Our advice and guidance ensures that you move into the opportunity that is right for you. One of our dedciated Advisers can offer regular appointments, training opportunities, CV writing support and Interview Techniques training. 

NEET LLDD

This programme supports young people aged 16 - 24 with learning difficulties and/or a disability into an apprenticeship, employment, education or traineeship. Each young person will be given a dedicated advisor and support throughout including qualifications, group and one-to-one sessions, work placements, CV writing support and Interview Techniques training. 

Youth Talent

As part of this programme we work with employers and young people aged 16 - 24 in Havering and Barking & Dagenham to provide job matching to available vacancies and opportunities and support to build a digital portfolio to use in the young person's career.

Outreach East

If you are aged 19+ and live in the London Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Havering or Waltham Forest, one of our dediated advisors can support you to secure employment opportunities - including one-to-one and group advice sessions, CV writing advice, Interview Techniques training, job search support along with in-work support. 

Apprenticeships

Apprenticeships are a great way to earn and learn. The combination of on and off the job training can build up knowledge, practical skills and qualifications which can benefit you and benefit Employers well into the future. 

DABD (uk) work with Redbridge College and Barking & Dagenham College to offer Apprenticeships in Business Admin, Customer Service, Team Leading, Management and Health & Social Care for everyone aged 16 and over.

ApprenticeshipsWe can support you to find an Apprenticeship employer as well as to gain exisiting qualifications in your exisiting role.
