From A12 Eastern Avenue
Approach from either Gants Hill and turn right into Whalebone Lane North A1112
or approach from Romford and turn left onto Whalebone Lane North A1112.

Continue down Whalebone Lane North (signposted Dagenham) A1112. Go straight across next junction over the bridge and across the next set of lights. Go straight across the next major junction. Then at the next junction keep in the right hand lane and take the first right turn into Valence Avenue. The office is on the right, just passed the third turning (Grafton Road).

From A13 New Road
Approach from either Barking A1306 left onto the Heathway A1240 or approach from Rainham and turn right onto Heathway A1240

Continue down the Heathway and go straight across the next three traffic junctions. At the next traffic junction turn left into Wood Lane, then take the first right into Valence Avenue. The office is on the right, just passed the third turning (Grafton Road).
