Directions:

By Tube:
Take the District line to Dagenham Heathway Station. Turn left out of the station entrance and walk down the Heathway. At the first set of traffic lights turn left into Parsloes Avenue, the eXcite Business Centre is approximately 100 yards up on the right hand side.

By Bus:
Take either the 673, 173, 174, 175 or 145 bus to Dagenham Heathway. Then follow the above directions from the station. Alternatively you can take the 364 bus to Parsloes Avenue.

By Car:
From A12 Eastern Avenue
Approach from either Gants Hill and turn right into Whalebone Lane North A1112or approach from Romford and turn left onto Whalebone Lane North A1112.

Continue down Whalebone Lane North (signposted Dagenham) A1112. Go straight across next junction over the bridge and across the next set of lights.Go straight across the next major junction. At next junction turn left onto the Heathway (A1240). Then at the second traffic junction, turn right into Parsloes Avenue. The eXcite Enterprise Business Centre is approximately 100 yards up on the right hand side.

From A13 New Road
Approach from either Barking A1306 left onto the Heathway A1240 or approach from Rainham and turn right onto Heathway A1240

Continue down the Heathway and go straight across the next traffic junction. At the next traffic junction turn left into Parsloes Avenue. The eXcite Enterprise Business Centre is approximately 100 yards up on the right hand side.
