DABD (uk) has been awarded an 'excellent' three star rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for the quality of our personalcare service for adults living in their own homes.
The three star 'excellent' rating, which is the highest rating that can be achieved, follows DABD Personalcare's latest key inspection carried out by the CQC - the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England.
The inspection report praised DABD in many area including their 'person-centred' personalcare service with 'care plans meeting individual's needs' and their 'clear safeguarding policies and procedures'.
DABD's last key inspection was carried out two years ago when the service was also awarded the three star rating.
The rating assesses all aspects of the service provision including reviewing the information on which services are provided, the quality of these services and management systems. The inspection also includes interviews and surveys with the service users and their relatives as well as with the care workers.
